Cancellation of appointments
If for any reason you should not be able to attend your beauty appointment, please inform the beauty department instantly about it. If you simply do not show up, you will be charged with 70 % of the treatment’s price.
Health
Please inform the beauty department about any possible health impairments like allergies, intolerances or medical conditions, because some of the treatments may then not be suited for you.
Attendance of appointments
Please show up five minutes before the appointed time at the spa reception. Should you run late, the duration of the treatment will be respectively shorter out of consideration for other guests.
